William King and his team did a great job from beginning to end. My wife and I went to half a dozen Mazda dealerships in 3 states and were not greeted with any level of great transparency. William showed us not only the car facts, but the 150+ point inspection, got to know us, and listened to our needs. He didn’t push, but was the personification of customer service. Give him an award—promote him—ask for him at this dealership (AutoNation Toyota in Leesburg). Antoine, the finance manager, was also very personal and reasonable when we pushed back on certain extra coverage packages. All around great experience. They made a special exception for us on the down payment despite its form (credit card). Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future.
