Second time a customer! Purchased an 08 Lexus GX470 about 10 days ago from Gerry and Bill. A simple, pain free process that took no more than 30 minutes from test drive to sale. A very high quality vehicle in excellent condition, with only 140k miles, and Gerry was able to obtain for me, complete Toyota/Lexus service records! Honest and good people to work with, no complaints at all! Gerry even delivered the GX to my driveway!

Bouight a truck here a few months back and the engine light came on constantly right after I bought it. By law the dealership has to provide a vehicle that passes inspection, the truck failed. The dealership changed out the cats but asked me to pay half. I gave them an extra $200 and the truck still failed. They offered to get rid of the problem without actually fixing the vehicle and I declined. After about 6 times to my local mechanic it finally passed and 1 week later the light came back on and it was an emmissions code again. Then the ABS brake light came on and I took it to a mechanic. Every sensor had an issue. One had disintegrated, one was taped in and wired in. Changed out all sensors, $610. Called and emailed to discuss the fact that they had taped in the sensors and all totalled I had spent an extra $810 over the asking price and surprise, they have not called back. If I don't get a check for $810 from them by the end of the month I will call the Atty General's Office.

Bought a Nissan Murano from this dealer. Nothing but excellent service. Fixed all issues with the vehicle prior to pick up free of charge. Gerry made the experience easy and is a genuinely friendly person!

Overall I had a great experience with village auto! Im very happy with the service etc. In the future I will always purchase my vehicles through them. 100% SATISFIED!!!!
