Went in for steering wheel recall replacement. Tyler Sullivan is knowledgeable and professional every single time we service our car.
Findley Cadillac has a knowledgeable and professional staff of people in all departments, they certainly have the best technically qualified personnel in the valley when it comes to electric vehicles, love the Lyriq, a superb design they sold me.
I have always received excellent customer service with polite and courteous service advisors. My Cadillac XT5 has never received service anywhere else except Findlay Cadillac.
The salesman was nice. The service .manager was great. BUT the finance guy sucks. I refused GAP Insurance because I could get it from my insurance company. He got angry and said you would be stupid not to accept it. And that i would zNEVER get financed again if something was to happen . Like i couldnt afford the vehicle or something. Very unprofessional and i will tell anyone going there to avoid him.
I like going to Findlay Cadillac because the service is great and Ricardo my service rep knew his job and very friendly. The waiting room was very clean and they have snacks while you wait. David J
