It was a very bad experience. i will never recommend anyone to go to this toyota for any service. They are ridiculous .

Miguel Solis was my salesman. He did not try to push me into a car I couldn’t afford. He identified the right car for me on the lot. He explained everything about the purchase Iand made sure I saw all the service records for the car before I bought it. Sarah in finance explained all the ins and outs of the loan process. We bought our last car at Larry H. Miller so I know that their service department is excellent. All in all it was a good experience and if I ever need another car, I will buy it from Larry H Miller.

We've purchased two cars so far from American Toyota, and will return here to replace these vehicles when they wear out (it will be a while, they're Toyotas). We continue to bring vehicles here for service. We have been very pleased with the professional atmosphere. The service department is great: it's very easy to schedule appointments online, and I often wait for my vehicle if it's just an oil change because it's quick and their waiting area is comfortable. I have confidence in the service associates and mechanics.

Not all vehicles are perfect, some flaws here and there. But dealers and service advisors are nice and not pushy which I do like. So far enjoying my Tacoma I got last year.

I’m very impressed with the staff and organization at Larry Miller Toyota. They are quick to serve, the facility is clean and calm. Communication is easy and at regular intervals!
