What Others Say

richer has great sales people and large inventory. Thanks to Kris, he made the entire process and paperwork simple and clear.

I purchased my car here in 2016 and noticed from the first few days of dealing with them that good customer service does not exist in the sales or service departments. I'm sorry I ever bought a new car from Ricart Ford.

I do not recommend this dealership due to obvious issues between the sales and service department, and lack of transparent communication. Also they have radio and TV on inside - it's an AWFUL experience, no hospitality either. Bought a certified truck in early August (we were there 7 hours!), 3 major issues off the lot (gear shift, no Sirius, no FordPass). I had to take it to my local dealership to get the truck operating correctly, which took 7 WEEKS for them to work with Ford Corporate (not my local dealership fault- it's a long process with issues under warranty). Ricard had the truck for at least 2 months prior to sale - why was it not completly repaired prior to sale? Left 2 messages for the current GM, no reply. This was not the sales persons fault, they were nice but new and seemingly undertrained. This falls with the manager and GM on the used car side and their service dept. The only bonus is they somehow found the 2nd key fob and mailed it to me - no text, no call, no email.

My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

They were very quick and responsive. I was hoping to trade in our car for a Bronco but the negative equity was too high. Hopefully in the future we can do business as I haven't used Ricart in a long while due to Nourse Ford has been making better deals for my last 8 car purchases.

Appointment for oil change scheduled for Friday Dec 6th 9am. When arrived was told it would be a “long wait”, over 2 hours. I received 4 emails and 4 text messages confirming the appointment, one of each requesting response! Received email and text one hour before the appointment confirming appointment. Service advisor said they were busy, but I saw only one other car was in the 3 lanes of the service garage. I won’t be back. Went to another Ford dealer same day without an appt and got out in 45 minutes.
