Very bad customer service very disappointed after making purchase of my used vehicle Sold me a vehicle with transmission issue and few other problems as well every used car as per NY law dealership suppose to give 30 days warranty but they let you deal with manufacturers warranty very rude behavior from sales person and the sales manger didn’t provide his name but I would say bigger names With no respect for customer concerns when I call them after picking up the car answer was go to the manufacturer they can’t do anything since it’s non Lexus car to me they should not be selling non Lexus vehicles if they can’t help customers very disappointed with their response .i hope no one else has to go through like this less than a weeks my car at the repair shop for 4 days and selling dealership can’t do anything they already said I have to deal with it they won’t take the car back either very professional behavior.
