Unethical sales practices to coheres a customer into finalizing a sale . Received conflicting information from different individuals involved in the sales process

I received a quick response from Ashlyn from my internet inquiry confirming the availability of the vehicle I was interested in and setting up an appointment for later that day. My salesman, Michael, was down to earth and very accommodating, considering we had our 14 month old with us. We road tested the car and he answered all the questions I had about it. Justin in the business office was easy going and wasn't pushy. The whole process took less than 90 minutes.

My Salesperson, Suke Gandhi, was a pleasure to work with. He was very respectful of both my time and budget. He found me a new Legacy equipped exactly how I wanted.

5 stars isn’t even enough to rate this dealership!!!! I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and have utilized the tires for life program!!! Everyone is wonderful, courteous, and respectful of all people! My partner and I were treated with the utmost respect 🥰❤️🚙 I trust them completely with my vehicle and you really do feel like family when you are there!!!!

I gave them a 5-star review, and everything started going downhill from there. The VW support secretary is extremely rude and talked over me - after trying to address an issue that THEY caused. Almost every time I brought in my car for servicing, I left with a new issue. The owner has the audacity to call me, and harassed me at work, after I explained I cannot talk while at work. I would not recommend trusting them with your car and would suggest you go elsewhere.
