I want to share my experience with this dealership so other people can make an informed decision before buying a vehicle or trusting their service department. I own a Jeep Sahara and unfortunately my experience with both the vehicle and the service here has been extremely disappointing. The vehicle developed a serious vibration issue that the dealership claimed to repair in 2024. However, in 2026 the exact same vibration problem came back, which clearly suggests the issue was never properly fixed. About a week before my warranty expired, I called the service department to schedule an appointment regarding the vibration. The earliest appointment they gave me was 10 days later. When I brought the vehicle in, I was told that my warranty had expired the day before and that I now had to pay for the repair myself. This was extremely frustrating since I had already contacted them before the warranty expired. The vibration only became obvious when I drove the car on the highway. I hadn’t been driving on the highway much and was mostly using the car for short neighborhood trips. Once I drove at highway speeds, the vibration became very noticeable. Unfortunately this is not the only negative experience I’ve had with this dealership. I also ordered tires through their service department. About a week later they called me and told me the tires had arrived and asked me to come in. After I arrived and waited for about three hours, they suddenly told me the order had been made incorrectly and that the tires were not the right ones. After wasting several hours of my time, they simply sent me home. Between recurring mechanical issues, poor service coordination, and wasted time, my experience with this dealership has been extremely frustrating. The Jeep Sahara may look great, but based on my experience both with the vehicle and the service department here, I strongly recommend that potential buyers do thorough research before making a decision.
I leased a Jeep Wrangler 4xe. from Lawless. I really didn't like the car. There's too many issues with it. The steering column was recalled and even post recall there were issues, not the dealers problem so I made the decision to buy out the lease through U.S. Bank on September 22. I returned the car back to Lawless received the odometer statement and was told I was all set. Today I get in the mail that my car has been surrendered by me. I call US Bank and they tell me that the car was never grounded grounded is a term that dealers use To report back to the bank that the car is in their possession. I gave the bank all the information on the date who signed off on the mileage statement. After doing some digging they tell me the car was reported grounded the day I returned it then two days later they retracted that so basically I was being accused of stealing my own car that I returned. I will never do business with this dealership again.
So disappointed in the service department made an appointment over a month ago to have a software update done on my Jeep Cherokee. My appointment was yesterday morning at 8:30. Nothing done yesterday and only excuses from my service representative John M. called again this morning still excuses. Called after lunchtime and was told just because I have an appointment doesn’t mean that my Jeep will be looked at anytime soon. He was hoping to get it in today. Finally just told him that this was unacceptable and that I was coming to pick it up. Why make appointments if your department is understaffed and can’t handle the work load. The update would have taken less than an hour
VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE AT LAWLESS JEEP WITH MY DODGE DURANGO. SPENT CLOSE TO FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ON THE CAR IN 2WEEKS. THEN WHEN ASKED WHAT THE CAR WAS WORTH AND WAS TOLD TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? WHEN WAS THE SERVICE MANAGER GOING TO TELL ME TO STOP PUTTING MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN A CAR THAT HAD TOO MANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS. I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE RECENT SERVICE. ALSO WAS TOLD THE CAR NEEDS ANOTHER 800 DOLLARS IN REPAIRS. ADDITIONALLY BECAUSE WE HAVE BEEN LONG TERM CUSTOMERS WE HAD THE EXPECTATION THAT YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT WOULD GIVE ADVICE REGARDING FUTURE EXPENSES OF THE CAR AND WHETHER THE CAR WAS WORTH IT OR NOT. - M.E.B.
Awesome dealership from start to finish. Incredibly personal staff throughout the organization. Our sales rep Noah truly has great knowledge, personal skills, efficiency, and stays one step ahead to make the process seamless. Can’t say enough good things about Noah and the entire staff over at Lawless. Not a hard sell by any means which I certainly appreciate. I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wagoneer for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Highly recommend Noah and the entire buying experience at Lawless.
