The first salesman was a joke and couldn't be any less helpful. Went in the next day and luckily got Joe Gegroodt who was so nice and helpful. Very happy with Joe's service.

Given the condition of the hood on the Toyota Crowne on your showroom floor, I was hesitant to have our car washed before we picked it up. As a detailer myself I cannot understand why that new automobile is sitting on the showroom floor I that condition. It should be an embarrassment to someone.
