Satisfied in overall with the staff and work they performed. Love how they send me video updates of what the issue is and needs to be done.
This was my second time getting my vehicle serviced. I arrived early and upon entering was greeted by my service representative and we got the service started with no issues.
I received the best service yesterday, from the moment I pulled into the service department, I was treated like a vip!
My experience was top notch from the moment I pulled into the dealership! Arnold is fantastic at sales! Not pushy at all! Carla was great at helping me get the numbers to work and Harrison was amazing! Overall super happy with my purchase!
If the car had been available at the dealership (not mentioned in multiple emails prior to my visit) - I would have given 5 stars. That having been said -Nelson went out of his way driving my new car to my house (over 60 miles) and retrieving my trade-in. This was much appreciated.
Easily the best dealer I've ever bought a car from. Everything about the process was as smooth as could be. A special shoutout to my sales rep CJ who went above and beyond. I was an out of town buyer and CJ sent me pics/videos, kept texting me updates on the cars status, and answered all my questions. When I arrived in town he picked me up from the airport and we headed to the dealership to sign the docs. He continued calling the days after just checking everything was going well. I worked with Chris in the finance department and that was also a great experience.
