I've been looking at used Atlas Cross Sports for the last couple of months and found the exact one I wanted at VW Southcoast. When I got to the dealership, Mo greeted me and was ready to help. We went on a test drive and sat down to go over numbers. I tried giving him a hard time on the trade in value of my Tiguan, and he handled it very well. In general, he's personable and a very nice guy. He was very transparent on their used car buying process / and their pricing. I forgot the name of the gentleman in Finance that I worked with, but he was great too and we had a great time chatting. When I'm in the market to buy another Volkswagen , I will gladly work with Mo again.

I had to reschedule my visit because the part wasn’t on hand but guess what, I left happy because I my vehicle was washed inside out, and Shawn made sure I was well taken care of.
