Purchased a used car there last week and within 4 days the car broke down and they did nothing to assist. Was a holiday weekend so the sales rep said they would reach out first thing Tues. Took the day off work so I could get the car there once ready. I had to reach out a couple hours after they opened and he was busy with an active customer. I had to reach out again later and then they said they would get back to me. Finally said they can look at next day but I would be working so couldn't bring in that morning, They made no attempt to assist and then after calling them out, they said they would get with management and get resolved ASAP. Well next morning hours went by and nothing. So I let them know I would take a local shop for repair. They had no remorse and didn't even attempt to make it right. Definitely will not be back or recommend to anyone!

The staff was very polite and professional. They handled my purchase and trade very efficiently! I would recommend them to friends and family!

Bobby was great dealing with at Brighton motors, very friendly and willing to hear me out and help me take in my trade to get me into a truck I was interested in. Couldn’t be happier with there great customer service and quick and easy process to get what I wanted.

an OK experience overall - car not cleaned or prepped very well at all!! They really need to work on this part!!!

Amir is a wonderful guy, really knows his stuff. He was very respectful and courteous
