What Others Say

I didn't work with them bought at another dealer but I'm sure they are okay they were good on the phone

BUYING A CAR FROM THEM WAS AWESOME BUT....... DO NOT!!!! GET CAR REPAIRED HERE. NATHAN ANS HIS TECHS ARE LIARS AMD DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CARS. THEY HAVE EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. HAD MY CAR 70 F****** DAYS AND GAVE IT BACK TO ME IN WORSE SHAPE. CAR IS A DANGER TO MY KIDS AND MY FAMILY. I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM AND THEN SERVICE DEPARTMENT MESSED IT UP WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN!!!! NATHAN SAYS HE IS THE TOP MANAGER AND NO ONE WILL HELP ME!!!! WE WILL SEE ABOUT THAT. THE PICKED THE WRONG PERSON TO SCREW OVER!!!!!! MY INSURANCE PAID THEM OVER $4000 AND HE HAS THE NERVE TO TELL ME IT WASNT ENOUGH. AFTER GETTING CAR BACK AFTER THEY PROMISED THEY TEST DROVE, THE CAR WOULDNT GO ABOVE 50 WITHOUT LOSING POWER. THEY NEED TO FIRE THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT BECUASE THESE UNSKILLED GUYS ARE GIVING MILE HIGH A BAD NAME.. I WAS TOLD TO CALL AND TALK TO RICHARD TOMORROW MORNING THE GENERAL MANAGER. I WILL FOLLOW UP ON HERE AFTER SPEAKING TO HIM

Vehicles are overpriced and they are not willing to negotiate They do respond which is admirable

Bought car and extended warranty from MHCC. Has had 4 different times issues with cooling system. Each time had car for week or longer. This time it was covered again with extended warranty $100 deductible, no problem. They “fixed” car and a month later same issues. They could not diagnose the problem with their computer. Could have called VW for help but instead told me to take car there as MHCC could not fix it. Took car to VW but had to wait 5 days to get it in. Understand they are busy to. It took several hours to diagnose, turns out water pump improperly installed and is leaking. They call to see if my extended warranty will cover but because it’s under warranty from MHCC I have to go back and VW charges me $150 diagnose fee. Took car back to MHCC but they didn’t see me as a priority and made me wait several more days until I could take it back. Somehow they were able to fix car since they now know what’s wrong with. I had to go do their homework and it cost me $150 dollars they will not reimburse. Even worse since this part and labor are under 12k/12 month warranty i will have to deal with them again if it goes wrong again. I don’t think I should pay the $150 and it’s not just about the money it’s the lack of business principals. I left messages for Nathan and never got call back, left message for Rich no call back finally had to call again told Rich about problem he never called back so a week later I call ask for Rich and get handed to Nathan for him to tell me they wont reimburse me. Very poor customer service shame on Rich the GM for not doing his job either

I want to say thank you to Josh for helping me and my sister out on getting her new car! He was such a big help and made the process go smooth and quickly as possible. Would definitely send friends and family to him!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I believe that for the sake of public safety, this must be said. Though I regret buying this truck from Mile High Car Company, the buying experience was fine. There are some good friendly people there trying to do the right thing, no doubt about it. However, I bought an '05 Toyota Tundra there at the end of November, and from the first week I had it I've had nothing but problems, starting with a broken strut which they fixed. Since then, I've had to spend over 3,000 dollars on ignored or overlooked damage, replacing the upper ball-joints, the upper control arms, the drum brakes, the master cylinder, and the power booster, and there's still more that needs replacing just to make it road-worthy and safe for my family. Additionally, I've been informed that the truck is all rotted out with rust! I don't want to get into all the other drama I experienced working with them, but suffice it to say, I will be scraping their decal off my truck and encouraging everyone I know to not buy from them. I will also be reposting this review on other review platforms to better caution and inform the public.
