What Others Say

Subaru Of Wichita has failed again! I was told by Ashley From Subaru that she would check into the situation and Wood call me back. It’s been over a week and I have called her two times since leaving her a message to call me and she still to this day has not called me. It’s going on two weeks. As said before this Dealership doesn’t care about their customers only about the money.

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. The salesman lied about the amount of hail damage, promised me that if I made a down payment that day he'd throw in black seat covers and a black console cover (almost 2 months later after hassling him I got one backseat cover in tan and brown), when I went in to sign paperwork they didn't get me the interest rate they promised, nor did they honor the deal that was on the paperwork I signed the day I made the down payment. I had to fight for everything that was on the paper: the maintenance plan, sealant for the doors, the hail repair, and the seat covers and completing the detail. Hours later I thought everything was on order and signed. They did not apply the sealant for the doors, they did not send me the seat and console covers, as they said. When I called to complain 7 days later that there were still stains on the seats and there was a speaker blown (Harmon Kardon) , the sales manager said he would talk to his detail guy, but I just needed to wait until I paid in my car and turn the speaker in under the warranty. Still no word on the seat covers. Now, I go to tag my car, and I find out they did not disclose the vehicle came from our of state and in order to tag it I have to pay to get an inspection. I have been waiting to buy a Subaru for years and had always heard wonderful things about Subaru dealerships. I will probably never buy another one. When I asked to see the paper I signed when I made the down payment they said they didn't have it anymore.

They made buying a new car a great experience! Appreciated that so much. So far Love Subaru.

My wife Freda and I are in our 80s and have purchased at least 20 new cars Going back to the 1960s. The most recent purchase of a 2025 Impreza was the absolute best car buying experience ever. Dealer was exceptional in every way. Car is exceptional quality and value, too

I could not recommend Subaru enough! As a first-time buyer the process is daunting to say the least. The staff was beyond friendly and made sure I was informed and comfortable the entire process. I loved that they had bilingual staff available, shout out to Gladys and Roberto and the entire team! Keep up the awesome work!

I am a repeat customer and continue to find Subaru of Wichita an excellent dealership. Salesman John Santonil was excellent as was Matt Warren in the finance office.
