I'm 65 years old. I bought at least 30 to 40 cars in my life motorcycles airplanes and delt with a lot of salesmen and the salesman there, Austin Carpenter was fantastic. Very pleased with how I was treated by him and I can be very difficult and I had some very specific requests and he made it happen!!
Jacob Plont was straight to the point and kind - he helped us make our daughter’s dream come true with a lightly used (new to her) Jeep.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent service experience at Bluebonnet Dodge Chrysler Ram. Really expected more from the dealership where I bought my car from about 3 years ago. When one of my headlights went out, I was quoted $800 for a $400 bulb by your service desk worker, Stephen. He later lowered the price but mentioned that the technician would not get paid properly for the job, which seemed like an unprofessional attempt to justify the high price. After deciding to leave, I noticed that my fog light cover had been broken off during the service. When I brought this up, Stephen’s attitude became unprofessional, he raised his voice and lied saying I had been a problem and complained the entire time. He then tried to insist that the damage had been there when I arrived, after we both examined all the lights together upon arrival. This felt like an attempt to gaslight me. He walked away from our conversation, saying he was going to get his manager, but it was apparent that she had spoken with Stephen beforehand, as she showed little interest in addressing my concerns. Both Stephen and the manager displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I would, however, like to acknowledge the technician, Michael, for his helpfulness throughout this experience. I hope this matter is addressed properly, or I would never suggest to return to this dealership. Sincerely, Kaden
