I ordered 2 back tires which were sold to someone else. Had to wait longer for another set. Took 2.5 hours for them to put the tires on. The tire sensor and studs on the Lugnuts were broken. Was told there wasn't a tool made for that size of Lugnuts!! Umm they work on vehicles and don't have the correct tools for vehicles!! I was a first- and last-time customer. I would never ever recommend this place.

Watch out for Pounding Mill Ford's service department! I took my Lincoln there and, after hooking the car up to the diagnostic machine, they claimed a cylinder needed a new coil and plug. A couple hours later I was told the car ran fine now and gladly paid them $180. Shortly after leaving, I noticed the exact same "missing" which they claimed to have fixed. When Pounding Mill Ford was told about this, they said I would have to pay for a new diagnostic. Of course, if they are once again wrong, I will be wasting even more money on whatever "repair" they recommend. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
