The service department has had my car for a month and a half. I have not once received any update from them. Only texts saying they will get back to me from their automated response system. I have driven the 35 minutes to the dealer multiple times with only promises that they will get back to me. I have filed complaints with Hyundai corporate to no avail. Even the corporate office can get them to respond. NEVER give this dealer ANY business. Key Hyundai of Milford leadership is ultimately responsible for this.
I had a very difficult time with this dealership. I made an appointment to have my vehicle inspected for two different issues. The first issue was the muffler and the second was a noise coming from the passengers side. I was informed an hour later that the piece needed to be ordered for the first issue. The second issue of the passenger side noise was ignored. A few weeks went by and I had to call them to check if the part had arrived and I was told that the part was in and that they were trying to contact me. I brought my vehicle in for service and again I mentioned the noise coming from the passenger side and again it was ignored . After 3 days went by I was trying to get in touch with anyone including the name and number I was given to contact someone if I had any questions and I could not get in touch with anyone. When I arrived just because it had been three days to pick up my vehicle. No one knew what was going on or where my vehicle was. When my vehicle was finally found it had snow all piled on it and I had to clean it off myself 🤣😡. But yet the sales guy said to come see him in the fall so I can trade my vehicle in 🤣ok I wish I can give it back and have nothing to do with this dealership. NEVER AGAIN.
It is difficult to describe how poorly Key Hyndai of Milford follows up with their customers. An automated text response system, may sound like a smart business move, but only if it is monitored. NEVER trust Key Hyundai of Milford Service Department to return your call or text or even answer the phone. Only, when I show up in person do I get a response even after weeks.
Brought in a car that was sold to us for repair. The tire fell off when driving. Was told by the general manager Scott Vogel that there was nothing they could do.Had the car two weeks never looked at. Scott was nothing but rude and nasty to me and my husband . No one should ever buy a car from them. Susan Gernett.
Went in for scheduled recall service, after waiting an hour and a half, they came and told me they did not have the part. How incompetent can you be, I made the appointment a month before, avoid this dealership service department.
Got my 2024 Elantra from Kurt... im driving in comfort. He did a great 👍 job!
