Mike on the Ford Service side needs to either one be retrained or two let go. This guy is super rude, he walks around like he owns the place and treats customers like kids. Bill Kindle would never allow this!
Worst car service experience. Took longer and cost more than originally promised. Then they drained the battery over the weekend and delivered it barely starting. Spoke with the service manager and he “needed to get his ducks in a row” and wanted to keep the car overnight. Many doubts about customer service and integrity at Kindle.
Staff there is very rude and nasty to customers. Especially Autumn in the service department
Not Satisfied with the work that was completed on jeep will take it to another mechanic.
Lacks customer care and service. Lacks knowledge on Jeeps and is unable to identify issues. Sold us a Broken 2022 vehicle and gives us nothing but lack of effort and laziness on their part. Shows no compassion for the situation they are putting us through. I do not recommend them.
Kindle Ford is the best dealer to deal with in South Jersey. There is no haggling. If you order a vehicle, there is no mark up. Once the vehicle comes in, everything is ready for you and you head home. I would never go to another Ford Dealership. Fran Adellizi, Geoff Heap and Albert T are the best to deal with. If your looking for a new vehicle head right over there. I have purchased all of my Ford and Lincoln vehicles at Kindle Ford and they are family!
