The team was understanding (I was delay due to traffic), informative and efficient. I enjoyed learning more about my car and appreciated Elvis giving me insight to future maintenance needs as a new EV car owner. He was personable and also never pushy. He even offered the complimentary hand wash, which left me car looking brand new. The service provided at this location is top-tier. I have so much gratitude for Elvis (Service Advisor), Kofi (part of my service team) and Linda (Service manager).
Kofi was so great as my service advisor and Elvis was here during last minute to help out too. I’m so happy and excited about their great customer service.
