Ruben Silva is very professional, hard-working and always on top of the concerns that we had. He had everything done pretty much before we got to the dealership. He’s a great asset to the Pat lab Toyota of McKinney dealership. I will highly recommend him to anybody. I know that needs a cart sincerely, David and Lesley Jones.
I arrived with no appointment and my service advisor got me in. He said there might be a 2 hour wait but he beat that by a lot. Great service, great care by Joel.
We almost walked out after the manager dismissed us, but our salesman, Ruben, saved the sale and helped us reserve a 2026 RAV4. Ruben was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He was incredibly transparent, humble, supportive, and kept excellent communication with us from start to finish. Unfortunately, delivering the new car was a mess. It was rushed through the wash and given to us dirty, with no floor mats at all despite an agreement for all-weather ones. Worse, we found a misaligned rear bumper and a broken automatic wiper rain sensor. We’ve already driven over 100 miles back and forth to the dealership. We are still waiting on parts and another service appointment just to get a brand-new vehicle properly fixed.

Hudson was a fantastic salesman to deal with. He understands cars, isn’t pushy, very respectful and had everything ready for me right away. I wasn’t coerced into anything I didn’t want and was done with the entire process in less than an hour. I couldn’t recommend him enough!! The Pat Lobb Toyota or McKinney dealership was also very easy and had excellent customer service through the entire process. Please give them a shot and reach out to Hudson for anything you need!
