I made an appointment and drove over 30 mins. When I arrived I saw people walking out with new car keys. Walk up to the door, it was locked. The sales people looked at me through the glass and walked out a side door not even saying we are closed sorry…

Sarah was so kind and informative. She helped me so much even tho I didn’t buy a car from her I wish I did. She really seemed like she cared about me and not just a paycheck. Highly would recommend her to everyone I know. She really made my experience good

Your salesman Craig Galloway signed a contract to provide a 2023 CRV, then when I asked if the dealer could add an item, he took it upon himself to cancel the deal and sell the car to someone else and pursued finding a 2024 CRV.for me. Without my knowledge or approval. He is the example of why customers see car salesmen as "lie, cheat and steal". I still have the contract, and I could probaly file charges against your dealership, however I won't as I don't care to have any further contact with Hubler ever again in the future.

The salesman was a great guy (Trent) who I would trust. His manager is someone who I would not want to do business with. He insulted us with the offer he made for our trade in. They have a 2009 Honda odyssey for sale with over 200000 miles on it for $9500 and he offered us $2000 dollars for our 2010 honda odyssey with 135000 miles on it. He must think we are somewhere between stupid and dumb.
