The service was great! Done in small amount of time with no hiccups. Great way to start the day.
Very good service, but if they have a compatible loaners available, I will rate them five stars straight
Do not use this dealer. They sell bad cars with malfunctioning components then refuse to fix it. Chandler says they stand by their customers and cars then does nothing. Bob lacks any care for customers as a sales manager. He is a snake of a salesman and will say anything to sell a car.
Service was fine. Carfax reporting was inaccurate. Unfortunately that is the only reason I take my vehicle to the dealership so my visit was basically wasted. I had an alignment performed, tires rotated, and oil changed. The only services reported were an alignment check and inspection
After purchasing my new car, I had an accident and ended up in the hospital. Westside Toyota did everything they possibly could with respect and consideration of my situation to make sure that I received my car conveniently. All their help add effort to make the transition as easiest possible was very much appreciated.
I just bought a car from Sarah Buchanan, and she was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Dave Svoboda was also helpful with explaining some things. I hope when I return for regular service, they are as helpful and easy to work with. I pretty much do not like surveys, as everyone is constantly doing them and they are becoming time consuming and annoying.
