Take too long to answer and then never respond back letting you waiting for nothing

Although it is a broker dealership, I must say they were the best. I wrote a review about Galpin Honda and their terrible service. Well, after the distasteful experience, I visited this dealership. I must say, it was the best experience I had at a dealership. Disclaimer: They do not have any inventory! After you give them a price you want, they need to search for that car at a direct dealership. This sounds like they will not give you the best price possible, right? Well, they got the my lowest price on a Honda and it was smooth. I walked in and told them the car, trim, color, and price I wanted. They asked for a contact number and I went to lunch! about an hour later, he calls me back and says he found the car and will be there by the end of the day. So I went and bought the car. It was that simple. Financing was available through Honda so he did not try to rip me off with that. Overall, it was a hassle-free, smooth experience buying a car!
