From the minute we walked in, this dealership made us feel right at home. There was no pressure, no rushing, and no feeling like we were just another sale. Everyone was friendly, but Ralph Paty is the one who really made the whole experience stand out. Ralph treated us with genuine respect from the start. We asked to look at several different Lexus RX 350 AWD models, and he never once acted bothered or impatient. He insisted on bringing the requested vehicles to us in the shade so we would not have to walk in the sun and heat. He opened every vehicle, explained things in a way that made sense, and made sure we had all the time we needed. You could tell he actually cared about helping us find the right one, not just pushing us into something. What meant the most was how he made us feel like we mattered. He listened, he paid attention, and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with every step. That kind of service is rare these days, and it says a lot about both Ralph and the dealership. We left feeling confident, appreciated, and happy with our decision.
