The service at McGovern was way a dealership treats was impeccable!! I bought a Ford at there Toyota store. The car had an issue. When I brought it in. Showed the service rep my problem, He set me up with a rental. "Right away ! ". Then proceeded to take my ford to their ford store and made it right ! I had an outstanding experience once again at quick lane in Saugus. McGovern Ford knocks it out of the park every time. Krista and her team did a fabulous job of installing my brand new tires doing an oil change, replacing wiper blades filling all the fluids when I left there, the car was like brand new with those new tires.
