After traveling 130 miles to purchase a vehicle on Saturday 5/23/26, the sale part went well. After I left the dealership, everything went downhill. The Santa Fe Hybrid started decelerating, causing me to have to pull onto the shoulder of the road to try to charge the hybrid battery. Kept doing this sequence several times. Finally pulled into a hotel parking lot and called Hyundai roadside assistance. They said they could only tow it to the nearest Hyundai dealership, not my hometown as the salesman told me. The salesman told me he would call me the next day after he talked to his manager. 3 days later, haven't heard from anyone yet. No answer to text, Whatsapp, nothing. They just left me to figure everything out for myself. No offer to pay for the hotel or a meal. Once I left the dealership, it's like they didn't know me anymore. Very disappointed with Courtesy Hyundai.
They helped me understand some of th technical complexities of the car that were very new to me
They're very professional ,they give an excellent treatment, always helping me with a good deal
Absolute horrible service appointment. Confirmed the appointment and they just left our car sitting all day and no one touched it. My wife comes after work in an uber and can’t even pick up our daughter because nothing has been done. They said we can do it now. lol.
Typically, people hate to go to dealerships, because of what they are this tops. Them all. The worst of the worst
Cesar was so great to work with. Highly recommend asking for him. The one thing that stood out is he didn’t put us in the top of the line vehicle to test drive first. He had us drive the base model and we chose to work up from there. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was great. THANK YOU.
