Super nice people, most importantly, LOW PRESSURE, I was prepared to be assaulted by the salespeople, but they were REALLY PLEASANT.

I was really impressed on how easy it was to get into a very nice and clean car,and don't forget the super nice people who really treated my wife & I with dignity and respect.

It's been about two weeks since I purchased from Rocky's and I'm still as happy as the day I drove off with my new truck. Because I didn't have a trade-in I didn't have much leverage for bargaining, so they fixed a couple of minor problems before they sold the truck to me. The sales and financing paperwork was handled efficiently and professionally. I'm totally pleased with their service, and with my new truck. Regina made the shopping and evaluation process comfortable, even though their inventory was dreadfully low. She admitted to over a decade working for Rocky's, and her experience shows.

The people we worked with where very friendly and professional. They were able to get us into the car we wanted for the price wanted.

#1 they total charge way over the blue book value for a vehicle. You have to be desperate to purchase from this location. Do your homework and check the kelly blue book on the vehicle you are purchasing . #2 The female who takes the service call is an extremely rude xxxxx! They don't make an honest effort to assist customers with issues that arise once you sign your name on the dotted line and take your money. Do your homework and please go somewhere worthwhile and more reputable. it will be worth the time invested.

Good service and kind workers I got everything I wanted at a good price. Thanks for all the help, I will definitely go here again for future purchases.
