I was looking to lease a C300 and called around South Florida searching for the right deal and the right experience. Unfortunately, most of the dealerships in my area are owned and operated by AutoNation, which I personally did not want to do business with. That led me to Mercedes-Benz of Tampa, where I was introduced to Maria Sadoyan — and from the very beginning, the experience was completely different in the best way possible. Maria made this one of the easiest and most enjoyable car-buying/leasing experiences I’ve had with any automotive brand. She was professional, patient, transparent, and never once pushy. She took the time to answer every question, work through the numbers, and make sure we landed on a true win-win deal that both sides felt good about. After finalizing everything, I traveled up to Tampa and was pleasantly welcomed by Maria in person. She had my new C300 beautifully detailed, spotless, and ready to go upon arrival. The small touches really stood out — cold water, snacks, and genuine hospitality that made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another sale. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and worth the travel from South Florida. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about customer experience and goes above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Maria Sadoyan at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. I absolutely love the car and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa due to my interaction with Jose Perez, who is now a manager there. I originally worked with him when he was a manager at a Hyundai dealership while I was considering purchasing a Hyundai Kona. I ultimately decided not to move forward with that purchase, which is completely within my right as a customer. When I later visited Mercedes-Benz of Tampa with genuine interest in buying a vehicle, I was shocked by how I was treated. Jose Perez was rude and unprofessional, and I was essentially told that he would not sell me a Mercedes because I chose not to buy the Kona previously. This felt personal, inappropriate, and completely out of line—especially for a luxury brand dealership. A customer’s past decision not to purchase a different vehicle at a different dealership should never be used against them. I expected a high level of professionalism from Mercedes-Benz, but this experience was the opposite. I would strongly caution others and hope the dealership addresses this behavior
Over the years, Joey, continues to be very thorough with explanations from necessary repairs, options to costs. A loaner was available and my car repair completed in a timely manner.
Bought a 580 GLS today. Dealt with Daniel Harkins. He was very knowledgeable. Incredible service.*****. But this site to recommend people is difficult to get acceptance
Once again, my service visit was extremely satisfying. My car was done on time and I was able to get a loaner car. Brian Rupar coordinated everything and he was responsible for making it a seamless process. I give the dealership and Brian Rupar five stars.
