What Others Say

Service. Complete on time. Car washed! Ladies at desk very helpful! Thanks see you in a year

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Everything promised was all a lie. Took me 3 months to get my plates because it was one excuse after another. Was told that my Pre-Owned certified vehicle is covered from bumper to bumper and now they are playing stupid. Was told the car was checked before I picked it up. If it was would I have all these things wrong to the car. Would my check engine light be on already after not even 4 months. Trying to charge me 2k+ for parts and service when it should be covered. Besides that with my tire and wheel insurance was told that my new tire would be replaced within a reasonable time only to find out my tire is still waiting to go through the insurance 5 days after bringing the tire in. I can't stress enough how this dealership is incompetent and unreliable. NEVER will I recommend them to anyone. ALL LIES and still trying to resolve these issues. Guess I will reach out to Headquarters again and Consumer Affairs. Its about time someone puts a stop to this dealership and their terrible service and incompetent sales people.

This place didn’t have the time to fix my leaky sunroof after waiting for 5 months called the Volkswagen 800 number. Problem solved in 4 days. This place is horrible and incompetent. The female schedulers are rude. BBI GIVES IT AN F. WONDER WHY??

Had several services done on my GTI at VW of Freehold, so far, and have not been disappointed. Joanne in Service, was a pleasure to deal with. At my last appointment on 1/26/24, they found out why the stick shift was popping out when I shifted and took care of the problem (A bolt had to be replaced). The shifting is now smooth & precise. At another dealership I went to prior, they couldn't see the problem with the shifter. Also like their parts dept person - very friendly & helpful getting me an old receipt for my records.

I have been waiting 3 months for a repair date. Cancel again today. These people are unprofessional and incompetent. STAY AWAY

I was very disappointed with this dealership they over charged me for a certified Tiguan and it had a oil problem. I brought it back several times for the problem and it didn't get resolved. The manager doesn't know how to build confidence or solve problems with customers she is not helping the dealership! I brought my Tiguan to another VW dealership one time and they evaluated the problem. I left the car there for 5 days and they repaired the problem the first time. I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service! If the owner looks at these ratings he should make some major changes.
