Dealership is clean attractive and has a punctual staff both myself and my husband purchased Toyotas from Beaman in 2022. A Rav4 ( new) and a fabulous Avalon (Limited) slightly preowned. They do not make these elegant beasts any longer which is a shame. Lots of inquiries re purchasing this car! Megan was my Service attendant. She has an exceptional knowledge of Toyota's and a wide range of other cars / makes and models including odd ones like Saab and other premier ones like Aston Martin etc -she is a car enthusiast -we hit it off really well as I am the same!
Had great interaction with Service Advisor Josh Racine. He successfully helped me file a warranty claim on my RAV4. The 2 appointment process was seamless: Appointment 1 - diagnosis, file claim, order parts. Appointment 2: install parts. Appreciate the service with a smile from Josh. Thank you.
Had a service appointment on 07/31/25 to bring 2021 Camry in for Airbag recall. Eric Heflin was a great help as our Service Advisor. The service technician discovered we had a nail in our rear tire and repaired it so we were in great shape to head home. We appreciate the prompt service and the courteous staff in Beaman Toyota Service Center. The waiting room is very comfortable, modern, and provides water, coffee, and other amenities to customers. Eric kept us informed regarding our car’s progress and let us know right away when our car was ready to drive home.
Service center made us wait 30 minutes past appointment time to check in, tried to upsell everything, then the final quote for the scheduled service was almost double the price agreed to on the schedule site. The service manager (or so he claimed) said that was the “normal” price and the website (scheduler) did not include oil! Who on earth would expect to book an oil change without oil????? So the listed $79 became $150. Bait and switch. Unethical behavior makes me deeply concerned about the business practices of the entire company. We are new to town, and will be sure to find someone else for services going forward.
Bought a 2025 new Land Cruiser there recently. Sales person was awesome. Had tight time schedule and they agreed to a price quickly and got the car ready quickly and I picked it up. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership in last 40 years. Rarely rate any business but thought excellence should be noted! Thank you
