Responsive, respectful problem solving quickly done by knowledgeable people. In my long history with Stevinson (10 different auto purchases) I find them ethical anf reliable.

I traded in my old car on 1/6 was told my check will be sent to me. The check was dated 1/6, and I had to go pick up after several attempts on 1/20. Poor communication and knowledge by sales person. It was very frustrating.
