I dropped off my car for a checkup on March 7th, 2024, at 10 am. However, I didn't receive any updates regarding the status of my car. When I called at around 4:30 pm, I was told to ride with a technician the next day to explain the sound the car was making. The next day, I waited for an hour in the lobby only to find that someone had been looking for me. Unfortunately, my car still sounds like there is something wrong with the motor.

I’ve been in US for a bit over 16 years now, and was never expecting to get a service near close to the horrible experience this people provided. I was kicked around and passed like a ball for a month. Every time I went there the service manager was either at lunch or on vacation. They sold me a warranty, and when car needed the repair they canceled. Those people are nothing but crooks. There is no honor in the way they do business. I felt racially profiled at all the time. I just want to tell all of em that when someone speak with accent does not make him mentally challenged, it makes him a foreigner. Foreigner is a person who comes from another country, and if you guys are not comfortable serving foreigners just post so on your doors and save humiliation to people. Absolutely horrible experience. Car was with them for a month!!!!!! Also on one of the phone calls I asked to be connected to manager and they refused!!!! Straight up ridiculous!!! Worst experience ever.

I was treated with with best in class service by Robert, David and Blane. Supper professional and helped get my 2021 Maxima with all the options I wanted at the right price, thank you so much!

I came in for a simple oil change. One month and three visits later, my little car sounds like the engine has fallen out. Sad

Great experience up to a point! 10 days after car deal was made I found out dealership had not paid off my trade in to Nissan Motors and this resulted in an additional payment being deducted from my bank account. After contacting general manager Scott Hayes, I was assured that he would resolve this issue and get my additional payment back to me. After two more weeks still no payment and was told after second phone call to Mr. Hayes that he couldn’t help me as it was my problem for not stopping payment withdrawal. Really! I guess it’s dealerships like this that give the car buying experience such a bad name and leaves such a bad feeling towards people such as this general manager. Way to go Bob Moore Auto Group!!!
