What Others Say

Fantastic Service Department. Work is always done in the time frame expected and they communicate well.

I purchased a 2021 chevy silverado 1500 on 12-7-2023. sales person was very nice and extremely knowledge on the vehicle he sold to me. took time and went over every detail of everthing inside and outside of the truck. the finance team was very helpful . .i will definitely recommend this dealership.

It was a great experience, start to end. Highly recommended for future purchases. Very professional

Clean, fast, and efficient. The best car buying experience we have had in a long time.

Dealer goes above and beyond to make customers comfortable, informed, and job completed in a timely manner....also the no schedule oil change allows me to time the appointment to get the most of my prior oil change and stay in schedule.

I struck a deer at high speed on the thruway 60 miles from home, requiring a flatbed to deliver the vehicle to the nearest GM dealer. I wanted GM parts used for this leased vehicle and repairs made by quality GM personnel. I couldn't have made a more incorrect decision. I've allowed myself several months to minimize the incredible disdain felt for this dealership. Having been lied to multiple times by the Collision manager and the general manager, my vehicle was finally delivered after several excuses were offered, most without merit. It was understood that there would be a time delay waiting for the entire curtain of airbags, however, other delays were totally uncalled for. One delay by the general manager was due to " I won't be here for a few days as I have another business to run". Resolution to this awful experience was arrived at once the Service manager took over. She proved to be the only one in that building that I would trust. She exhibited professionalism and honesty that was severely lacking in the other two managers. I can't believe they were ever employed. Prior to the Service manager taking over, the vehicle was returned to me "completely ready for the road'. Two miles from the dealership, on the thruway, warnings went off to pull over and turn the vehicle off. There was no fluid in the coolant system. The passenger interior door panel came off in my hands. The right front wheel well protective panel was flopping. The front license plate and frame was missing. The interior dome light would not function. That was shorted out when the airbags were installed. More excuses were offered and no offer of compensation for the extra 60 mile round trip expense I incurred. The vehicle was finally received the first week of September and supposedly complete. Two days later, when the weather turned warmer, it was found there was no air conditioning. A trip to West-Herr Chevrolet, Orchard Park, NY found a $25.00 seal had been left off during re-assembly at Basil Fredonia, when the collision manager was in charge of repairs. West-Herr contacted Basil Fredonia and made the repairs to the vehicle while the $1200.00 expense was picked up by Basil. A $1200 repair due to a $25.00 part missed. One week later, it was discovered the passenger door locking mechanism did not work, It still doesn't I'm sure there are many professional, responsible salespeople, mechanics and clerical employees at this dealership. But I would NEVER step foot inside this building again as long as the Collision manager and general manager are involved.
