Purchased a 30K mile Audi RS3 from this dealer ship earlier this year. The car was making a noise from the rear end during the drive home which was diagnosed by three different dealerships as a bad rear differential with a repair of $10,000. The dealership, specifically Todd Stone refused to offer any sort of assistance with the subsequent repair. Claimed the vehicle was sold as is regardless of any underlying condition. Get a lawyer before buying from this place!
In early June, we placed a $1000 deposit on an Audit A8, but had to cancel the transaction. We were told at the time of deposit that it was ABSOLUTELY refundable. Despite multiple requests for the return of the deposit and multiple calls and texts, we have not received the deposit. We were told on July 5th that the check was in the mail, and it is July 18th and we still have not received our deposit. We have contacted the salesperson and the general manager and still have not received our deposit. At this point we have had to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge. This is not a professional way to do business.
As of recently all issues have been addressed. I will post a review from all previous interactions and 9.98/10 they have been efficient in all fields. I buy cars often so this accounts for sales, management, and finance. Oh and also the car is still beautiful.
After a very poor experience with a dealership an hour away, I reached out to the folks at this dealership because they had the make and model of what I was looking for. They stayed open an hour late to accommodate me and were so kind. This was by far the most excellent car buying experience!! The following day we made the deal, they were transparent and honest to deal with. The sales and finance staff is wonderful, I will definitely continue my business with them in the future. Thank you Bailey and Jason!
We purchased an A6 listed on carfax sales site. I called and talked with used car sales and was very eager to chat. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle the communication turned terrible. We sent certified checks and asked to get a video of the vehicle before it was transported. Once again no communication back to us. The transport picked up the. A6 and when we received the vehicle the bill of lading was marked up showing dents all over the vehicle. Neither the sales or finance manager disclosed to us that it had hail damage. We have now been trying to contact them about it and crickets. The worse car buying experience we have ever had.
Debbie is awesome. She works with you no matter what you are looking for. Debbie does one thing that many sales reps don't, and that is LISTEN. She listens to what YOU want in a vehicle and then she will find exactly what you are looking for and She found what just what I wanted, and the color and equipment suited for my needs. I took delivery on 11/24/21 and I am already looking forward to my next sales encounter with Debbie.
