From making the appointment to service and etc. it was fantastic, they did an excellent job. We do have extended warranty on the chevy but you all do not have a copy and it should have come up as we bought it through the dealer in Arkansas where we lived at the time. Could not have been more satisfied. The young man that handled my car was professional friendly and encouraging. Way to go.

Won't communicate, horrible service dept. Lie and stated they fixed my vehicle twice and never did. Very unhappy won't ever use again. Corporate office just as bad. Requested phone never got it. Very disappointed expected better.
