I knew what I wanted when we arrived. I had done some research the e evening before plus, I have owned a few Jeeps over the years. Jack Wise was our salesman. Very knowledgeable about the Gladiator and it different trim levels. Pointed out a few things that were new to me as well as things that weren’t covered in my own research. Not pushy, great since of humor and baby sat my new bearded dragon. 🐉 Mike was great from finance as well. Overall a very pleasant buying experience. I give them a 10+++

James was very friendly and helpful to get me the information I needed to get the right services. Mostly, i was coming from over an hour away, and I was prepared to wait 3 to 4 hours for my service, and he got me in and out in under 2 hours, even though I was 15 minutes late for my appointment!
