They give you the run around to get a tag. I bought a car from them and caused them to lose customers, because Everytime for a year they made excuses why they didn't have the tag. I complained to the state. It wasn't until I paid the car off that they got a tag for the car. Don't buy from them
Their cars are mostly cars that come from floods. If you want a good car at a reasonable rate never shop here at carmart we learned the hard way we highly recommend you to stay away from this company they will in no way help your credit at all but they will hurt your credit i would not of gave them a 1 but 0 was not offered. Wanna junk vehicle at a stupid high cost and wanna have your credit sabotaged then by all means shop there
I was interested in a Nissan Rouge on the MLK lot in Fayetteville. I filled out the paperwork online and got an approval code. I stopped by the next day after work with my trade in and started the sales conversation. They offered me 1500 for my trade in, I said, no thanks, I’ll sell it myself. The sales manager then said they could not approve me at this time due to an active bankruptcy which was disclosed during the online approval process? I consider this whole interaction with CarMart a total waist of time and very unprofessional. 1. Why approve someone online and then tell them they are unable to help them? 2. Why evaluate a trade in and then give a value if you were not able to finance a vehicle in the first place? For whatever reason they changed their mind or deemed me dishonest? Or did not like me saying I would sell my car myself. Whatever the reason I will not enter another CarMart lot based on this encounter. I was told to come back when my bankruptcy is clear, lol. That’s why people use CarMart, their credit isn’t up to par; so when it is up to par, why in the world would I go to CarMart and pay 15% interest? I found this whole experience, while not totally unexpected, to be very unprofessional. CarMart needs to train their sales staff or in this instance, the manager , better. Train them to be professional and consistent.
Stay away from the Rogers ar location...absolutely xxxxty service after the sale... intentionally went around the root problem (𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄)𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑 +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟲𝗢𝟴 𝟱𝟰𝗢𝟲 (𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐄)𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐂𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐑(𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄) +𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟲𝗢𝟴 𝟱𝟰𝗢𝟲 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑+𝟭 𝟴𝗢𝟱 𝟲𝗢𝟴 𝟱𝟰𝗢𝟲 until warranty ran out...what sorry xxx representative of a business would do this...Rod Liston...you the man...can't properly diagnose a mechanical problem and surely can't admit failure...blame the customer whose only fault was doing business with carmart and expecting Rod Liston to fulfill the company's expectations...what a disgrace...
