Appointment was easy to get. They took my car right in on time and I got it back on time.

experience was good. Fly was very attentive.! The only thing I don't like is, I got there before my 815 appointment but I still had to wait over an hour just for an oil change. Do they schedule multiple people at each appointment time? I wish I knew my real appointment time so I didn't have to get there on time. but Fley was terrific!!
The work was completed in a timely manner. I'm satisfied with the work that was done and with the professionalism exhibited by my service advisor
