Attempt to schedule a recall appointment. Voice mail 1 ignored. Voice-mail 2. Text msg with appt. 2 months out. No explanation of service. Call again. 5hr repair no loaner no shuttle. I will be purchasing a new vehicle but not from this dealer. When you treat customers like they are an inconvenience you will probably have less. Not living up to the Bommarito name. Found another dealer, longer drive, much more customer focussed.
