What Others Say

The only issue I had is we made an appointment and we had to wait month. We brought it in on a Monday and they didn’t even bring it into the shop until Friday. What’s the purpose of an appointment? The work done on it was mediocre there was a little chip at the top of the bumper very visible that we spotted when we got home but passed your quality inspection. To my inconvenience I brought it back and they did touch it up.

Adi and Ari Barak were excellent salespeople at West Herr, Williamsville. They made an intimidating process smooth and uncomplicated 🫠 my husband and I greatly appreciated their care and concern. We drove away in our new Camry with smiles and confidence.

Very easy to schedule appointment and the service personnel were terrific. They answered all of my questions thoroughly

Ever since I had maintenance done my left rear tire has been screeching like crazy and it gets worse every day. I’m going to have to go to a garage now and see what’s wrong with it

HORRIBLE. I wish I never bought a car from them. I was told I would be reimbursed for work done to my previous car (that I paid out of pocket for but was covered under warranty) and after two months of e-mails, calls, and visits in to follow up, I finally heard back from Dan Payne who apologized and said he would send a check immediately. While he did send a check, it was only for about 55% of what was owed. It has now been another three weeks of unanswered calls and e-mails. Once I signed the dotted line to purchase a car Dan Payne no longer showed any respect or care to uphold his promise. The salesman I worked with was delightful so it is a shame Dan Payne represents the company so poorly. So disappointed in the West Herr team for allowing something like this to happen.

Like the car. Dislike the bad communication I have experienced. Have had to chase down information regarding auto body estimates, or have not been communicated with in the time I was told I would be ("I will talk with so and so tomorrow about this and let you know", nothing heard the entire day). I also had some work promised to be completed and dropping and picking up the car was a hassle - no one seemed to know where I was supposed to be, or who had my keys upon pick up. I assume I have a rare experience here, hence the mid range rating. Most people do not seem to have this issue. The minute I bought the car, it seems like effort to be clear has gone down immensely. I don't know what happened.
