we purchased our first new kia and were charged for mud guards,wheel locks,first oil change a full detail ,lifetime carwashes and paint protection none of which were on the car and the dealer refuse to give us a written we owe for any of it the finance man sold up an extended warranty but miss represented it as to the coverage and when questioned he simply said family kia would honor those promises meaning no other dealer would and when ask to cancel it he got upset and made us wait a long time for our money back also they demand you give them a great review and hand you a cheat sheet on what to say and since i did not follow it they started to treat us poorly and would not return calls or emails this dealer will say anything to sell you a car and in the end will cheat you i strongly advise you to shop other kia dealers and steer clear of this entire dealership sales,parts and service they are just dishonest.the only reason we purchased the car was no other dealer had the color we desired.

Was not interested in my business at all. Offered me a car more than $2,000 more than another dealer. (It was the exact same model). Watch hidden fees and also the joke of their protection plan. Very disappointed in experience. Internet sales is just rip-off sales with them.

Wish I saw these reviews before going there. Overpriced Nightmare we are stuck to live with. Will stay upset and mad at US every time I get in the car. Will cringe every time I make a payment. Do not go there!

What a bad business practice coming from the service dept. Calling me after my oil change and telling me my free contract is expired and demanding payment over the phone after the job was done and I was already home!!!! Why wasn't I told at time of service that it had expired??? That's on your business to inform me, that's not on the customer! Just ridiculous.

Purchased a Kia Forte. Get it home, the bumper is being held up with zip ties, Then, my insurance company will not insure Kia Fortes. The Manager is a sheister. My daughter is driving down the street and bumper came off, the safety check they charge you $995.00 is bull****.

I purchased a CPO car from the dealer. Was told that it was one price and couldn't go lower. As I am getting done with the paper work they lower the price of the car 1200.00 online. When I confronted them about it they said they won't honor that price and I am stuck with the car. As I am driving the change oil alert comes on and says to have it serviced. Look at the oil and it is dark, "was not changed dark", go in and the managers are straight up rude and say they changed it 900 miles ago. Told them I wanted out of the car deal then as they didn't change the oil and I can only assume did not look the car over. Manager again was rude and told me that is not going to happen. Sad when a local "Family" run dealer becomes shady! Definitely can't recommend them for sales or service.
