I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing my vehicle with them in late 2024 - the service at Pearson is the absolute worst you can find - they do not pick up the phone, do not reply to messages, rarely reply to texts (and then tell you to call to leave a message no one replies to). I even emailed the owner who did not reply. I cannot imagine a business less interested in their customers - I wholeheartedly regret purchasing from Pearson and hope to spare others this frustration. They will even tell you they have loaners, but then later another will tell you they don't as a matter of policy! what little texts you get no one uses their name (should tell you something...). Once I waited and was told it would be an hour - after 2 hours they had not even started on it. I could go on, just avoid this place at all cost.

I bought 2023 ford edge it resulted to an excellent experience from.the intital interactionwith Toad and the manger provuded exceptiobal service together with kayln.the finance manger .The customer was not pressured or rushed .The salesperson"sknowledge of the car and willingness to answer questions were appreciated. The negotiattionand financing were straightforward. Both manager and kayln. Provided transport informationallowing the customer to feel confident about purchase .The team created a friendly atmosphere and demonstrated care for the me pearsonford is highly recommended for any one in indiana looking for a new used vehicle .The customer service is excellent .making the car process enjoyable .Appreciation goes to the Manager .Kalyn ,Tyler,and the entire service department.

Take note of the warnings on Service. This is the worst service department I have EVER experienced. Three strikes. Yesterday was the third time that I took my vehicle to them, only for them to keep the car multiple days and not even touch the vehicle. No phone calls, no updates, just did not get around to the vehicle, and this was with a prescheduled appointment for oil change and alignment. This is the third strike, shame on me for giving them multiple attempts. Will never go back.

Poor service dept. can’t talk to service department to get information to get information on car

DO NOT take your car to get repaired here. They have had our car for FOUR MONTHS and have every excuse in the book to not have it ready. I have purchased several vehicles there and will NEVER buy another car from them again.
