A Cadillac gal all my life who was dissatisfied with service in the metro area. Billy Howell was highly recommended by a friend in corporate. I explained my concerns in 2021 and purchased a 2022 Aviator. Not once has Billy Howell Ford disappointed me with sales, service, communication, pick up and delivery when needed. Every team member is professional, knowledgeable and has integrity.

The Mobile at home service is great. Early arrival notice, along with with fast resolution of recall issues made it an excellent choice.
The pickup and delivery service helps greatly so I don’t have to spend time at the dealership and can work. The staff is kind and understanding.
