Mr Hodges, you responded to my review the other day asking me to contact your dealership about resolving my issue. I did call and I left a message on one of your managers voicemail. As of today, no one has called me back. At this point I’m even more disappointed in your management. I hope you address this issue so that no one else receives this kind of treatment.
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! 🚩 If I could give them 0 stars it would still be too many! I worked with Steve to buy a new hybrid truck and he texted saying they would deliver it for $300. The official quote said delivery would be over $1400. Steve said the OTD price would not change if we used our own financing and then the official quote added a $1000 for not using their financing. We should have seen the red flags and backed out at this point but moved forward taking off delivery & that $1000 off. We explained we couldn’t pick the truck up until Saturday and we were texted by Steve that the truck was moved to the back with a sold sticker on it for us. We requested a call from a sales manager to review everything. My husband spoke with Jared explaining to him that we have a 6 & 1/2 hour drive and want to make sure that everything was good to go & that the truck would be held for us until Saturday. Jared agreed saying everything was great and the truck would be there for us Saturday. We had already drove 4 hours Saturday morning when we got the call that the truck had been sold during the week. We tried to call the dealership to speak with a manager explaining the severity and urgency of the situation to the receptionist and was transferred to Kyle’s voicemail 3 times before we gave up. Steve finally called us back and then offered to sell us “the same truck” but a 2026 instead of a 2025. We looked over the listing which had it marked as a hybrid truck. We agreed on numbers through text and drove 2 & 1/2 more hours to buy a truck. We arrived at the dealership around 12:30 pm and Steve went on a test drive with my husband. My husband quickly noticed the truck was not a hybrid but instead an eco boost. Steve claimed he didn’t realize we wanted a hybrid despite the fact that all our communications for purchasing a truck stated we wanted a hybrid Maverick in a specific color. At this point they deleted the listings for the 25 hybrid and the 26 “hybrid” they tried to sell us. When I asked Steve & Jared how we move forward if we could possibly have them do a dealer trade to get the correct truck they promised us not once but twice at this point. Jared said if they bring the specific truck he wants in from another dealer it would cost WAY more. He then complained about how with both of the deals they had made with us they would be losing money as if they were doing us a favor. The first truck was not quoted for a special price.. just the internet price they advertise. At this point instead of apologizing for wasting our time and screwing us over not once but twice he decided to lie and insisted that he was the one who spoke with my husband on the phone and he DID NOT offer to hold the truck because they DO NOT hold vehicles. I heard the phone conversation between my husband and him since it was on speaker phone and he assured him that the truck would be there for us on Saturday and we did not need to worry about driving the 6 & 1/2 hours and it not being there. 13 hours round trip and gas money absolutely wasted. This is how they treat active duty military… this is how they treat their “VALUED CUSTOMERS”!! This dealership should be flying all red flags outside to show their true colors. Run away and buy from LITERALLY any other dealership!! 🚩
Worst ford dealer I have ever dealt with. Over 15 new "F" series purchases at other dealerships BTW. Too bad you can't give 0 stars. 1 is being gracious. They sold me a brand new truck dirty, no fuel, adhesive on windows, tailgate would not function... GM promised a fuel card and compensation for it being dirty. Not only has that not happened, they have not registered the vehicle and it's been 3 weeks. Unless your car breaks down in front of the place, keep driving! Fords aren't rare.
First visit to find and repair a bad bearing in the drive train didn't go exactly as planned. I used the service survey to express my concern. A few days later the service manager called and took charge of getting my 1999 F150 diagnosed and repaired. Between the service tech, the mechanic and the service manager, service continued to ben5 star. GOOD JOB Guys!
My wife and I had a great experience with them this past Saturday. We stopped in for a used vehicle about an hour before they closed and found that the vehicle was actually at another lot. The salesman asked if we were interested in a new one and we looked at a few. Even with us getting there late, they pushed through all of the paperwork and approval process and we drove away with a new 2025 Expedition Max Active. Great service and dedication to customer service. After we left and got home, we realized that we had forgotten something in the trade in and I called our salesman that night around 8:30PM, he called his manager and they drove back to the dealership, retrieved our item and brought it to our house that same night. This is what great customer service looks like. I have purchased about 3 or 4 vehicles from them in the past and will continue to do so in the future. This type of experience is what makes customers return. We are very thankful for their professionalism. Thank you Stokes Hodges Ford.
Honestly had nothing but hassle with them and they dont honor that 3 month warranty. Still waiting for a manager to call me since two sales associates I worked with im told is no longer there. Jennifer in service area said it was under warranty but couldn't do anything until the car salesman approves it. Never heard of such. Just bought the F250 super duty in mid August 2025. Im a local Google reviewer so I will review more places until a manager calls me. Ive left numerous emails and voicemails.
