I purchased a brand new vehicle and still did not receive the second key that is standard with the purchase. I’ve contacted the dealership multiple times and also went in person, where I was told it would be taken care of. I spent nearly an hour at the dealership on one visit and was assured the issue would be resolved, but nothing has been done since. On top of that, my address was entered incorrectly during the paperwork process. I pointed it out before everything was finalized and was told it had been corrected, but it was not. I had to fix it myself afterward. It has now been over a month with no follow-up, no call, and no resolution. For a brand new vehicle purchase, I expected much better communication and basic follow-through on standard items like a second key. I’m still waiting for this to be resolved
Sales person was good to work with but it was a terrible after-sale experience. Almost eighty days and I still don't have title and plates on my purchased vehicle. Yet the dealer won't respond. Now driving illegally because of incompetence and neglect on the part of FordSpartanburg. DMV tells me the dealer doesn't provide proper docs. My calls are not returned, I've not been told the truth, and a letter to the General Manager goes unanswered. Unprofessional and unacceptable. A nightmare: It has wasted my time, energy, and emotion.
Tommy in service took the time to help me talk through a service that was preformed on a vehicle by Ford of Spartanburg that I was looking as purchasing from another dealer. He was great and was a big help in my decision. I cannot thank him enough!
Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share my fantastic experience at Spartanburg Ford recently.Great experience working with salesman Hunter Rogers from the moment I walked through the doors. I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. He and the team went above and beyond to ensure that my car buying journey was smooth and enjoyable. Hunter was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and addressing my concerns with patience. He provided valuable insights that helped me make an informed decision. The entire process, from selecting the perfect vehicle to finalizing the paperwork, was seamless and efficient. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I truly appreciated the transparency and honesty displayed throughout. A special shout out to everyone at Spartanburg Ford for making this car buying experience one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable, and I am thrilled with my new 2025 Ford F150 STX. Thank you once again for the outstanding service Ford of Spartanburg. Best regards, Steve L
Y'all go down and ask for Josh, he is the best!! He got me in a 2017 F-150!!
My 2015 Ford F350 broke down on the side of the road just north of Spartanburg. It had 114,000 miles on it. The maintenance was perfect up to this point. I had it towed to the dealership for they informed me had a broken valve spring in the number seven cylinder. I picked the truck up six weeks later with an $8000 bill. There were wires dangling down underneath the dashboard that had not been reconnected. I popped the hood to check the work. There were cut cables. None of the hoses and wiring had been rerouted correctly. I called out the service manager. He said to give him an hour, and he would have the truck ready. I came back an hour later drove the truck back to Asheville and then left for Florida on Highway 40. 10 minutes out of town, the coolant hose which had been incorrectly installed popped off the radiator dumping all the coolant and overheating the engine. I called the dealership. they apologized but said they could do nothing to help because it was Saturday and they were understaffed. I than called my daughter who brought me $100 worth of coolant. I repaired the truck myself and continued back to Florida. The next week the truck began making a horrible knocking noise. I took it to an independent mechanic because I no longer trust ford. It had a check engine light, low tire pressure light on, running roughly and knocking. The mechanic said the AC compressor was holding on by one bolt and that the rest had been stripped out by a mechanic. $700 later my truck is now semi roadworthy. I had to rent a car for work which cost $500 so my total out-of-pocket for my Spartanburg experience is $9700.
