The sales department at Scenic Ford went above and beyond in and ensuring my safety and 100% satisfaction, in finding my 2023 f150. David Barton spent over 25 hours searching for the perfect truck. Finding it over 800 miles away! They treated me with utmost respect and like family.
I brought my F150 to the service department to be fixed. They lied about what was done then the manager swore to it. I kept my voice down and spoke kindly to the manager on the phone. Since he had no way of justifying his employees’ actions, he hung up on me. If you want to be ripped off, then take your vehicles to this place to have it serviced. Then you will have to take it to another service department that knows how to fix vehicles. I wouldn't recommend their service department to work on a bicycle, much less my vehicle. All your lying will not go unnoticed and will eventually catch up to you. The BBB will be aware of how unethical this business is.
Had a breakdown and was towed there. They found the issue and didn’t try to make me buy a new part. The said the part wasn’t broken, but had become disconnected, so they just reconnected the unbroken part. Since it is an older car. I appreciated their honesty. It was done in a timely manner, considering it was not a planned event, and I was pleased with the cost.
We drove a little over an hour and a half to see an expedition max that had just been delivered to Scenic Ford, and we ended up driving her home! Let me say Scenic Ford was worth every minute of the drive. This was by far the best and quickest car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Our salesman was Jeff Wall and I could not recommend him enough! He was kind and straight to the point. Jeff even stayed after closing time to go over all the bells and whistles on our new expedition. There was no runaround, the folks at Scenic Ford are as honest and kind as they come. We wish they were closer so we could use their service department. We will definitely make the drive again when we need another vehicle.
Was not honest about a used vehicle on the lot. Told them on the phone I was driving 2 hours and instead of telling me everything up front, lied about the “screws loose.” Instead it was a cracked in half bumper.
If you have problems and you correct them, they get very rude . Please don't use
