ARE CAR REPLACEMENT MOTOR WAS DONE BY KAREM JOHNSON OUTSTANDED FIX QUICKLY AND RETURN CLEAN AND RUN LIKE NEW WE THANK JOHNSON FOR IT LISA G WE THANK YOU FOR ALL PAPER WORK THAT WAS DONE AND THE TIME IT TOOK TO GET THAT DONE AND UPDATES THAT YOU GAVE US WE WILL COUNTUE TO REPAIR AND IF NEEDED BUY HYUNDIA AT KEYS HYUNDAI KAREAM JOHNSON HELPFUL IN THE REPAIR OF MY CAR IT WAS SEND TO HYUNDIA WITH ENGINE NOISE AND WAS IN NEEDED OF ENGINE REPLACEMENT MY CAR WAS QUICKLY NOTFIY TO HYUNDAI CORP ABOUT THE ENGINE NOISE THEY CHECK THE ENGINE AT KEYS AND A REPORT WAS SENDED TO HYUNDAI CORP SOON A REPLY WAS SEND BACK THAT ENGINE WOULD BE REPLACE AT THIS TIME I WAS ALWAYS CONTACT BY KAREAM JOHNSON ABOUT THE STEP THAT HAD TO BE DONE AND WAS GIVEN TO US ALL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REPAIR REPLACEMENT COST ABOUT THE TIME IT WOULD TAKE ALL NESSARY PAPER WORK MR JOHNSON DID CALL US TO TELL US ARE CAR WAS FIX 11 DAYS SOONER ALL I HAD TO DO WAS PICK UP THE CAR KAREAM JOHNSON WAS RESPECTFUL IN ALL ARE NEED PERFORM OUTSTANDED IN RESPOND BACK TO US HAVING THE CAR PAPER WORK SUBMIT AND TO HAVE ARE CAR REPAIR IT WAS DONE AS QUICK AS POSSILBE AND WE WERE RETURN A CLEAN CAR WITH A NEW REPLACEMENT OF ENGINE SENDED BACK TO US WE OWN 2 SONATA AND WILL COUNTUE TO BRING ARE CAR THERE FOR ALL OF ARE REPAIRS BECAUSE WORKMENTSHIP THAT WE RECIVED WE WANT TO TAKE THIS TIME OUT TO SAID THANK YOU KAREAM JOHNSON FOR ALL TIME AND WORK IN HELP US LISA& LEONARD GARGANO IT WAS OUTSTANDING.

They are the worst dealership ever. My car is a 2010 Genesis w/ less than 40,000 miles on it and we had to have it car hauled on May 9th b/c the key fob wasn't working. It was towed that day and we have had little or no contact w/ the dealership. I have contacted them numerous times and have gotten some run around every time. I am disabled, my car is paid for, and I need it to get living essentials. They have not contacted me, I have had to make contact with them to find out the status/update of what is going on w/ my life. Doctors, groceries, essentials for living. I am so disappointed in their service. I would never buy a new or used car from this dealership. BUYER BEWARE!!! I am going to contact the owner. I think that she would be extremely upset w/ the service that her company is giving her customers/buyers .... Shame on you Kyle! Key Hyundai, Southside Blvd. Jacksonville, Fl. I can afford to buy a brand new vehicle w/ cash just like my Raptor and Genesis but why??? I don't need to go to the used car lot, thank the Grace of God. I just want my little Trac Zoom, Zoom back. What is the problem and why am I not being informed as to what is going on w/ my vehicle? I am not poor, praise Jesus but I feel like I am not being treated properly. Shame on you. Charge for a new Hyundai Sonata battery was $480. They were unable to look at it for 4 days. Enough said.

I wish I could give a zero rating. My recent experience at southside key Hyundai was terrible. I took my car in last month to be looked at for oil leaking. My last 3 oil changes I went to, not at Hyundai, were alarming as I had no oil remaining in my car. At the last one, they me to come in halfway and do a top off, which they had to add a lot as there was again no oil in the car. I was not able to get into Hyundai for a while so I bought a large oil container and had to add oil multiple times to avoid driving around with no oil. Just for the record, this is the third Hyundai I have had this problem with. Because of this, I have a lifetime warranty on the engine in my car. I bright it in January 6th and they checked for any leaks to see if that’s where the oil was going. No leaks were found. They stated they wanted to do an oil change and have me come back in 1000 miles and see how much oil is missing. If it was missing oil they wanted to do a combustion chamber cleaning that would cost about $950.00. At the 1000 mile mark, my car had less then low oil. On the dipstick it was dirty and blow the L. I was very worried as I did not want to drive around with no oil. I called Kyle several times to see when I can come in and see if I would need the $950 on arrival. As I am a single mom,I don’t just have that laying around. I never received a return call. My uncle finally spoke with him and we got in for Feb 14th. If I knew then what I known now, I would have done things differently. But I trusted this business as all my business has been with them for the 17 years I have been driving. The location is quite a distance from my house so I thought at this point there is probably no oil left as two days before it was below low. It took over an hour for them to “look” at the dipstick. They came back and told me the oil was fine and completely full. There were no issues. The oil looked like water. No way after driving almost 1500 miles, it the oil clear as water. Not to mention, it was checked two days prior with barely any oil in it. The filled my oil up and tried to tell me the car is fine. Now I have to go to another Hyundai who will actually do their job and I am recording my own videos to document so no one can try this xx again. I wish I would of known how they were ahead of time and I would have made them look with me when I got there and they wouldn’t of been able to screw me over. Its sad they have employees there who do this. And please don’t write me some xx response trying to say no one there would do this. BECAUSE THEY DID. So get your employees in order!!! I have a lot of family members who do business here that will no longer. And if you are reading this, go somewhere that can be trusted. Don’t get screwed over like I did!!
