We were just looking around maybe thinking about trading but weren't sure. Doug came out and he was a great salesperson. He went the extra mile showing us different cars. Then when we decided on one he went the extra mile to get us what we wanted price wise. Not many people go that extra mile to accommodate a person. But we left with our new car and was happy with our transaction. Everyone we delt with was very nice and helpful. This was our second time trading with this company and would probably go again. Thank you Doug and Christopher from the finance department for being helpful also.

After an altercation with a deer at midnight, my car was totaled, so my search began for a replacement. I messaged (after hours) 3 dealerships with whom I had had success in the past. First thing the next morning, I had a message from Justin Cantor at Paramount Hyundai/Ford in Valdese, NC, long before anyone else contacted me. I told him what I needed and wanted, and almost immediately, he sent information on 5 vehicles. I grabbed my husband, and we went to look. At this point, I was JUST planning to look!
