We purchased a vehicle from Autonation Subaru HH the last week of Dec. 2023 at the time of writing 24 April 2024, we're still unable to register our vehicle or receive an additional temporary tag from either the dealership or our local government because of their paperwork mismanagement. We've been reaching out to the person who deals with the registration and the Sales Mgr Phil. They both tend to not return calls or texts. I'd exercise extreme caution. It wasn't the initial process that had any red flags, however once names were signed and the money part of the deal was over that it completely fell off the rails. Also if they have to have the vehicle you want brought in from another location, PLEASE do not believe any time frame they give
My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new car. Barri Weinberg made the experience welcoming and easy going to where we felt quite comfortable purchasing our Subaru from Autonation Hilton Head! We were introduced to Bill Harper who was super pleasant as well as the General Manager, Keith Roman. In addition to us purchasing our new Subaru from this dealership, we service our other Subaru at the dealership and service has always been outstanding. Never had a single issue and t plan on continuing to do business with Autonation Hilton Head for as long as I live in the area. Thanks for everything!!!
They were awesome - they were kind-understanding and considerate of our needs. We explained our issues and they tried to help us as best they can and we left with a sale.

We are very satisfied with the customer service that we received at Subaru Hilton Head when we were searching for our perfect new car. The entire team were excellent in answering all of our questions and they made us feel very comfortable during the buying process. Not only did we meet and work with the sales group but also were introduced to the Service and Parts Manager prior to our purchase.
