What Others Say

I had outstanding experience working with Mac Miller at Dick Brooks Honda of Greer. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle—not just making a sale. I came in looking for Honda CRV EX-L and Mac took the time to understand exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions honestly, never made me feel pressured, and went above and beyond by finding the exact color and interior that we wanted. This may not mean much to a lot of people but the one thing I noticed about Mac right off the bat was that he was a follower of Jesus! He never said a word…he didn’t have to. As we were walking into the dealership, I looked at my husband and said they are playing my music, it was Christian music…that doesn’t happen in this day and time. The dealership was extremely clean and relaxing. The service department has a café area and a place for children to play. What really stood out was their dedication and transparency throughout the entire process. Thanks to them, everything went smoothly and stress-free, which is rare when buying a car. I absolutely love my new CRV EX-L and couldn’t be happier with the experience. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy and hardworking, I highly recommend asking for Mac Miller! The Stafford’s

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this dealership. While driving through the parking lot to reach the service center, I encountered employees using a forklift to tow vehicles, with the forks raised and no visible safety precautions—no cones, no signage, and no spotters. They were not in a designated forklift area. The forks were not visible, and my car struck them as a result. I reported this immediately to both the service manager and the general manager, but neither took responsibility or action. The general manager accused me of driving onto "his property and hitting his forklift". Their lack of concern for public and customer safety was extremely troubling. This type of behavior puts both customers and employees at risk. Had I been dropping 40k on a new vehicle, maybe they wouldn't have been so unprofessional or egotistical.

Just bought my very first New Car 🚘 Eddie Rich was my sales consultant . He was very informative and went above and beyond to make this purchase happen. Very happy with my car . The dealership over all is FANTASTIC

After buying a certified car, I’ve needed 2 transmissions. In 2 years. And no help from sales guy or dealership. Waste of my time, money and very disappointed. I’d get rid of the car if I could.

I just bought a new 2024 Honda Ridgeline Black Edition from Dick Brooks Honda. purchased upgraded shark gray HPD dealers and was to receive the four take-off wheels at deliver. When I arrived at the dealer (from 150 miles away), I was informed that they only had three of my take-off wheels in the truck for me. They had used one of my wheels to replace a damaged wheel on someone else’s car. They agreed to order a new wheel and send it to me. Not having received the wheel or any communication about it a week or so later, I contacted my salesperson. She checked with someone and said a wheel was on its way to me. Unfortunately, the wheel I received was damaged. The box it was sent in had a part number that matched my shark gray HPD wheels. What had happened? They shipped the damaged wheel to me using my HOD wheel box, having never ordered a new replacement wheel for me as promised. Maybe they thought I would just throw the boxes in the garage for later use and never check the wheel. Now I have a buyer ready to buy the wheel and, of course, can’t sell the damaged wheel to him. The dealer (MarkMatthew Smith - finance manager) reports only that, “Yeah, we will check on that. I am sure it was inadvertent.” Sure, no body would have noticed slapping that old damaged wheel in the HPD box….. My salesperson, Amy Caldwell, responded with, “Oh, yes, the wheel that we shipped to you is the wheel that we took off your truck.” (She was not present when I picked up the truck; Savanna helped me.). Um, really, then why send me home 150 miles with only three of the four wheels - why not just send me home with all four wheels? C’mon, Amy. Please just do the right thing. Anyway - don’t let this happen to you. Dont close the deal if you don’t have all four take-off vehicles with you. I’m sure they knew they had me because I had driven so far and counted on their doing the right thing and ordered a new wheel to be shipped to me. Buyer beware.

Just purchased a 2004 Honda Ridgeline from sales rep Craig Smith. He greeted me outside in the lot, listened to what I wanted and took me to the vehicle I eventually purchased. He was friendly, professional, and did not try to upsell anything. As someone who usually dreads the new car purchase process, my whole experience at Dick Brooks was not what I have encountered at other dealership. Efficient, professional and straightforward best describes my experience. The dealership accommodated my unusual new car pickup/delivery request without hesitation.
